The black diamond the Melanosporum Truffle is a MUST during the months of January to March. Guest star in Grignan, the truffle is up front during the entire season.
We are engaged in a Quality Charter in order to properly value the black Truffle from Tricastin, we only serve the truffe "tuber melanosporum" variety, or "tuber brumale" (tuber aestivum picked during the summer months). We can justify their origin of them from our local farmers and producers ;
