Art in Every Corner of Our Hotel
10/10/2025Many artworks by various local and international artists decorate our establishment.
Oil paintings, watercolors, as well as wooden and ceramic sculptures can be admired throughout the property. We invite you, during your next stay at La Bastide de Grignan, to discover all these pieces.
Every summer, we take great pride in organizing an art opening that highlights local artists, celebrating their talent together with our visitors.
Our hotel showcases the works of various artists, many of whom are local talents whose creations adorn our walls and shared spaces. Among them:
The acrylic paintings of Léon Zanella (from Vaucluse) and Jean François Taillard, among others.
Our visitors can also admire magnificent cypress wood sculptures by Mireille Vanson, as well as several watercolors by Michel Allaix (from Grignan), including his beautiful piece “Ramures et frondaisons.” We also exhibit works by Sylvie Bourdat, who offers both delicate watercolor paintings and charming artistic postcards.
We also feature ceramic poppies handmade by Léane Taillard.
Finally, the mural in our restaurant was created by Mr. Mangini, a talented craftsman from Taulignan.
And that’s not all! Many other artists from the region – and even from neighboring countries – help make our hotel a true meeting place between art and hospitality.
