
The label of origin of black truffle of Tricastin (To tube melanos-porum vittadini) also called "black Diamond" extends on 68 communes from Drôme (1st French trufficole area). This truffle is the same one as that of Périgord. It is recognizable between all by its perfume, powerful and wild.
